As the company specializing in blow molding machine, Zhangjiagang Yijiu Machinery CO., LTD combine the latest technology both from home and abroad to design, manufacture and sells Fully Automatic Blow Molding Machine of 3 types (20 different models included).
The Blow Molding Machine can produce plastic bottles, drums, cans, oil tank, containers etc. from 10ml to 200L with different thermoplastic such as PE, PP, PA, PS, ABS, EVA, TPU, PETG, EVOH, PVDC and so on. It is widely applied in packing field like pharmaceuticals, prochemical, household, personal care, cosmetic, automotive, industry, construction…..

1. Adopt PLC and touch screen to make the operation easy.
2. Adopt the spiral accumulator head which can eliminate knit line completely to ensure the product quality.
3. Adopt imported parison system of multi-point to satisfy various requirements of irregular products to perform the most precise thickness control
4. Set photoelectric sensor in clamping unit to ensure the safety during operation.
5. Various optional functions for special products: bottom blow unit, reshape unit, rotate mold (for products with neck thread inside and outside), sub-mold, auto knit, and take-out unit etc.
